In this post, we’re going to look at some of the best Adult mods available for Fallout 4 on the PS4. These include outfits, model replacers and game changing mechanics.
One thing to note though, is that the PS4 is severely lacking when it comes to these types of mods. That’s because of Sony’s restrictions on modding, as well as Bethesda’s restrictions on allowed content. All the mods below are pretty much the only ones available unfortunately.

Busty Mod
Busty increases the bust size of the player character and most NPCs in Fallout 4. It is one of the only mods available on PS4 that does this. Once the mod is installed, you can head to the plastic surgeon in Diamond City and change the bust size manually of your own character. This mod is also compatible with most armor pieces.
UCO Base Game Overhaul
Whilst not adding any adult features to Fallout 4, UCO works well alongside them. The main reason I’ve included it is because one of its main features is that it allows you to make armor pieces invisible. Whilst it adds new items including gloves, backpacks, wigs and much more.
Cait Looks Cuter
Changes the appearance of Cait to look more ‘cute’ and less rough. Specifically by changing the eyes, hair and face. There are many more mods which change the appearance of companions and make them more lore friendly.
Armored Underwear
This mod adds new craftable underwear, which can either be equipped on to your own character, or other NPCs such as settlers. Craft the armor at a Chemistry Station, then upgrade it to give defensive stats at an armor station. This way, you can have semi-naked settlers who can still defend themselves.
Birthday Suit
Allows you to create an item in the Chemistry Station in Fallout 4 which removes clothing from NPCs and Settlers. Essentially leaving them in just their underwear. There are two variants, a clean and dirty option. You can remove NPC clothing without mods, but occasionally they will reset. This prevents that.
Sexy & Sultry Character Preset
Adds a new female face preset when creating a character before exiting Vault 111. Sexy and Sultry Character Preset can be found as preset number 13. It won’t look exactly like the image above, as that uses extra mods for Xbox One.
