Strongholds are a Minecraft Structure that spawn deep underground. You will need them to find one to ‘complete’ Minecraft. You can use Ender-Eyes (dropped from Enderman) to find them. Due to how rare they are, and the distance between them, you might want to use one of our Stronghold Seeds.

However you can also just use this list, which contains 4 Minecraft Seeds as well as the coordinates to find the Strongholds. Once you enter a Stronghold, you will need to find the End Portal in order to access the End World.

They are deactivated, and will need to be activated by adding an Ender-Eye into each of the 9 Portal Frames. Once you head through to the End, you will need to take out the Beacons to finally be able to kill the Ender Dragon.

Below, you can find some Stronghold Seeds for Minecraft as well as the coordinates. Unfortunately, none of these Strongholds are actually at the spawn point as this is incredibly rare.

If you like this article, you might want to check out our collection of other Minecraft Seeds for each biome & structure. There’s a high chance these seeds won’t work on below Minecraft 1.14, due to terrain generation changes.

4: Exposed Stronghold

Seed: 2823308131507773797 (1145, -875)
With this first seed, you will find a Minecraft Stronghold that is partially exposed at the bottom of a cave/ravine. This makes it incredibly easy to access, as you won’t have to dig down and hope you stumble on one of the many corridors. Seeing a Stronghold exposed like this is incredible rare, as they usually spawn deep underground.

3: Inside a Cave

Seed: -5266268028375889831 (-145, 17, -1562)
Start digging down at the above coordinates, and you will find the Stronghold exposed inside of a cave, with part of the roof missing allowing you to jump straight down. If you do head to this area, be careful as it’s very dark with multiple creepers and skeletons spawning.

2: Double Spawner Stronghold

Seed: -1800983441501020850 (-1965, -607)
This seed is quite interesting, because not only is there a Stronghold underneath the Desert Biome, there is also a double spawner setup. That’s right, just 50 or so blocks away are two spawners right next to eachother which are slightly buried. Head to the coordinates -1940, -620 and -1960, -610 to find them both.

1: Standard Spawner

Seed: -2892164729734402366 (-1499, 30, 1854)
When you enter this seed, you will spawn right next to a Desert Village. It’s a great area to start in as you’ll have shelter, food, trading and protection. Once you feel ready to enter the End World, you can head to the above coordinates to find a Minecraft Stronghold deep underground, beneath a large Taiga Forest.
