In Call of Duty Black Ops 4, you have the ability to change your Calling Card. This is the banner that appears under your name on your profile, as well as in the kill feed in-game. You might refer to it as the banner instead.
As you progress through the game completing achievements, you’ll unlock new calling cards which you can equip. Whilst they don’t affect your game-play in any way, it just helps shape your identity.

Changing Calling Card
Head into your Player Settings. You can do this by selecting your name at the bottom of the screen, near the settings icon. If you’re playing on PC, you can also press F4 by default.

The image above shows the home screen, with the player account button located at the bottom. You’ll be taken to the screen below, where you can change yoru emblem, access the paint shop, clan tag and your calling card.

Choose Calling Cards. You’ll be given a list of cards that you have available, most will be locked depending on your progress and how much you’ve played.

At the top of the screen you will see different categories. These are calling cards for each game mode, including general, multiplayer, zombies, blackout, masters and black market.
