Like in all other Call of Duty games, you are able to create a clan tag that you and your friends can use. All it really does is let other players know that you are working together, as they aren’t unique to you.
What this means is that anyone can use the same clan tag as you. Your tag can consist of 4 letters and numbers and can be changed at any point.
Below, we have a quick guide for changing and setting a clan tag in Call of Duty Black Ops 4. If you want to check out some more content for the game, check out our dedicated area here.
Setting a Clan Tag
To change or set a clan tag in Black Ops 4, you’ll need to head to your player account area. Select your profile in the bottom of the screen, or press F4 on PC. It can be found near the settings icon.

Here, you can customise your weapons, emblem, calling card and finally, the clan tag which can be found in the bottom right. Choose what you want the tag to be, and go back to the main screen to save.

Your tag will now be visible in game before your name. You can also tell your friends to use the same tag as you if you wish.
