The Four Pillars puzzle appears on an island in the Grass Biome. Four stone pillars stand in a row, each marked with a different symbol. Pressing them in the correct order spawns a Big Chest.
How the Puzzle Works
Each pillar displays a symbol with a different number of points or prongs. The symbols correspond to numbers 1 through 4 based on how many points they have:
- 1 point = Press first
- 2 points = Press second
- 3 points = Press third
- 4 points = Press fourth
Solution
Count the points on each pillar’s symbol, then press them in order from 1 to 4. Your pillars may be arranged differently than shown in the image – the key is counting the points, not memorizing positions.
Press each pillar by walking up to it and pressing E (or your interact key). After pressing all four in the correct sequence, a Big Chest appears.
Reward
You receive a Big Chest, which requires a Key to open. Keys can be crafted at the Forge using Iron Ingots and Gold Ingots, or found in Small Chests. If you have the Skeleton Key Artifact, you can open it without a Key.
