In Maplestory 2, players have had an issue with the cap on dungeon runs since release. It prevented players from progressing their gear score and limited things to do in the game. Thankfully, the new update has bought with it a weekly reset. In this quick guide, we’ll talk you through what it means and how you can use it.

Time to reset
First, you’ll need to navigate your way to the Adventure map. You can do this by hovering over the globe icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Before clicking on the ‘Adventure Map’ option.
Once you’re there, head over to the ‘Dungeons Cleared’ section. Under the number of completed runs, you’ll find the ‘Reset Count’ button. Simply click on this and you’ll be given the option to clear your completed runs for this week.
Keep in mind that the reset feature is limited to one per account per week. However, that does give you three days of extra dungeon runs every week. Perfect for getting extra gear, materials or pet farming.
We recommend waiting until you have completed all 30 dungeon runs before using your reset. That way you are able to get the most out of the adventure feature each week. Additionally, you may have a character that is more in need of better gear than your others are. If so, use the reset on that character as that’s thirty dungeons worth of upgrades you could potentially earn.
