Nintendo’s Spring Sale goes LIVE for eShop purchases

Spring into action sale on the Nintendo eShop

A few days ago, Nintendo UK’s Twitter announced that a Spring Sale would be taking place on the eShop. The sale will be lasting from the 22nd March until the 5th of April, giving you an entire 2 weeks to stock up on some of your most wanted games.

The Spring Sale just went live 20 minutes ago, at 3PM CET time. With over 140 titles on sale for the Nintendo Switch, 3DS & Wii U, there is bound to be something for you to pick up.

Right now, the sale can be found by opening the eShop on your device and heading to the ‘Current offers’ section. At the moment, it seems there is close to 100 games on sale on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Depending on where you currently reside, you may be able to switch between other regions such as South Africa to get even better deals. There are many comparison sites available on the web which will allow you to compare different prices between regions.

Current games on sale

There are a lot of different games currently on sale for the Nintendo Switch, many of them being indies. Some popular titles include:

  2. I am Setsuna – 50% off
  3. Owlboy – 20% off
  4. Mutant Mudds Collection – 50% off
  5. ARMS – 33% off
  6. DOOM – 33% off

Whilst there are a lot of high quality AAA games, many people where hoping for some of Nintendo’s ‘first party’ games such as Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart or even Splatoon 2.

Unfortunately, it seems these games didn’t make the Spring Sale. Maybe we will see them in a future sale on Nintendo’s eShop.
