PS3 Games on PC

Do you want to be able to play PS3 games on PC? Amazing games such as The Last of Us, Heavy Rain, Red Dead Redemption and many others? Well now you can, using a service officially owned by Sony called PlayStation Now.

PlayStation Now allows you to play over 350 PS3 Games on PC without any additional hardware. Take a look at the full games list here. A PlayStation console is not required to play these games, due to it being accomplished via streaming. Due to this, you also don’t need to download the games to your local HDD and waste space and time, just press play!

Multiplayer is also available using PlayStation Now. You can play with friends and other players whether they’re using PS Now or playing on console.

More information

To get access to all these games on your PC permanently, you will need to subscribe. In the UK, this currently sits at £12.99 per month, but if you’re a USA Citizen, you can get yearly memberships for $100. You don’t have to pay though to try the service, as a 7 day trial is available. There are no limitations to this trial, you could complete entire games if you wanted to in the free 7 days.

I tried this service myself, and played a good amount of The Last of Us and Heavy Rain. I had never played these games before, and I was thoroughly impressed with how smooth and great they looked on PC. There was also no issues with response time due to it being a streaming service.

If you’re looking to try some of the great exclusives that existed on Sony’s PlayStation platform, then I’d definitely give this a go. It’s also great for hitting up some classics that aren’t available on PC, such as Red Dead Redemption.

You can read more about PlayStation Now on the official page here.
