Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds: How to change the sensitivity

In a game of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, sensitivity can mean the difference between a great kill and a bad miss. Each player has a different preference and personalizing it can massively improve your performance.

This guide will navigate you through the settings and give you tips on how to perfectly set up your sensitivity. For more news, guides and updates on Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, click here!

Changing the sensitivity

First of all, access the settings menu by clicking on the gear in the top right-hand corner of the main menu. Then click on ‘control’ which is the second tab across. Here you’re given the choice to change the sensitivity of almost every aspect of the game. Options include:

  • Vertical
  • General
  • Targeting
  • Iron-sight
  • Custom sensitivity per scope (2x, 3x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 15x)

To find which settings are best for each feature. Drop into a game of training mode and use the target range to play around with the settings. Once you’ve found the sweet spot for each, make sure to save them. At which point you’ll be ready to try them out in an actual match.

Although it may seem like a small change, it will make a huge difference to your overall play style. You’ll be racking up the kill score and taking on the leaderboard in no time!
