GamingRainbow Six Siege: How To Play Attackers

In every match you play in Rainbow Six Siege, you are going to play on both the defensive and offensive side of the operation. These roles have vastly different play styles and types of Operators. This means you’re going to need to learn both to be successful in your matches.

Operators

Attacker Operators will have abilities that help towards different aspects of a raid. these abilities range wildly, like how some operators have abilities that grant them more firepower, have additional under-barrel weapons, while some have abilities that distract or locate defenders. Other operators have abilities that help break through reinforced walls or send in explosives to help clear a room.

Each operator also has there own Armor, Speed and difficulty stats. These are all things that you are going to need to take into account when selecting an attacker in Rainbow Six Siege.

If you’re a player that likes to move quickly to flank and surprise your enemy, an operator with good speed and a distraction ability, like Dokkaebi. If you want to have some more armor and like big explosions, Fuze is the operator for you.

Equipment.

Each team gets its own unique set of equipment that is unique to their side. For attackers, They have:

  • Breach Charges
  • Frag Grenades
  • Smoke Grenades
  • Stun Grenades
  • Claymores

to choose from. Each operator only has two of these to pick from. So an operator like Buck only has Stun and Smoke Grenades to choose from and you can only pick one for the round.

All operators will also have a Drone to scout the map with, and rappel kits to scale buildings, as well as access to cameras.

Attackers will also begin each round with Drones and have a set amount of time to search the building for enemies and objectives before being able to begin the actual match.
