The Dino Egg is an item in Forager that you will require in order to complete the Archaeology Bundle in the Museum. You will only require one, any you find after that can be sold to a Market for a large amount of coins.
There is a bit of randomness, or RNG when it comes to finding the Dino Egg. But not as much as the Golden Egg luckily. To find the Dino Egg, you will need to do some digging, which means you will need to unlock the Farming Skill so that you have access to the shovel.

In Forager, there are a load of items called Artifacts. They are unique items which provide a bonus to the player. It's inevitable that you will unlock all of them by the time you have completed the game.
Currently, there are 12 different Artifacts in Forager which can be collected. You can take a look at any time which Artifacts you have collected by going to the 'Gear' section in the main menu.
One thing that may seem confusing at first is whether you have to equip artifacts. Well the answer is, you don't. As soon as you unlock one, the buff will be permanently applied to your character and will be active throughout your game.

Scrolls are in item in Forager which can be used to provide buffs or make game changing effects. Crafting scrolls will require pigments, which there are currently two types of in the game. These are Green Pigment and Purple Pigment.
Instead of crafting scrolls, they can also be purchased from Markets, and also be given as rewards from Shrines, where you will receive a random selection of scrolls. You can either activate these, or sell them to Markets for high profits.
One of the best scrolls is the Sage Scroll, which will give large amounts of XP to the player. It's one of the best methods for obtaining XP other than Spirit Orbs, allowing you to level up quickly and efficiently.

Forager has a lot of puzzles, it's one of the main features of the game. You have to do them too if you want to make considerable progress as they provide artefacts which give unique bonuses.
There are 4 different biomes in Forager currently, which are Grass, Desert, Winter, Graveyard and Fire. Across these 5 Biomes is 19 different puzzles, with each one of them offering a reward.

One of the first puzzles you will come across is Rainbow Pond. In the middle of a pond is a rainbow, and that's it. To complete this puzzle, take a look at the rings of the Rainbow. The colors from out to in go Red, Orange, Yellow,...
One of Foragers Quests in the Desert Biome will have you hunting for a Golden Egg. The Old Man who can be found in the middle of one of the lands will ask you to find one for him, in return for a reward.
It's one of the rarest items in the game, mainly because it can't be crafted or grabbed manually. The chances of obtaining it are completely random. You see, the Golden Egg is laid by normal chickens, but the chances of it dropping are very slim. However, there are a few things you can do to increase your drop rate.
Chickens spawn in Grass Biomes, however they will run to other areas. So keep your eyes on those areas mostly.
Remember, Chickens won't lay eggs on their own. You have to interact with them to make them actually lay eggs, which can be done by pressing E on PC....
Forager has a lot of quests in the game, and you'll need to complete them in order to make good progress. Often, you'll be rewarded with Spirit Orbs which allow you to increase your maximum health, maximum energy or levels. You'll also receive artefacts which provide special bonuses to your character.
Quests are not the same as puzzles. NPCs will provide quests, whilst puzzles are not given and instead just completed. You will need to complete all the quests to get the Extrovert and Diligent Feats.
